A bedroom is defined as a private room with four walls and a door, and is NOT required to have a closet. Interesting, huh?!
In the city of Chicago, this private room is also required to have a window with natural light.
A "tandem" bedroom is not a legal description for a bedroom, as it cannot be called a bedroom at all. This room would be considered at best, a sitting room, bonus room...you get the idea.
